Project Management for Launchpad and Node Sale
Gather and organize project details from clients participating in the launchpad and node sale.
Deploy smart contracts for clients using CMS and multisig wallets to support fundraising events including launchpad and node sale projects.
Maintain and update the front-end interfaces for listed projects using CMS.
Collaborate with platforms like CoinMarketCap (CMC) and CoinGecko for project listings and data updates.
Execute The Token/Asset Distribution For IDO/INO ParticipantsDeploy Vesting Contracts: Implement vesting contracts as required.
Prepare and submit allocation lists to projects and manage airdrop processes.
Schedule and manage calendars for important project-related events.
Analyze and summarize performance data of IDO/INO events using tools such as Dune, Etherscan, and command-line scripts.
Perform post-mortem analyses of each IDO/INO event to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Manage fund withdrawals from sale contracts and ensure proper documentation and transfer to clients.
Organize and manage buyback programs as needed.
Checklist setting up and communicate with internal team and external clients.
General Front-End Maintenance
Ensure the user interface is aligned with program requirements and maintained regularly.
Work with the design, dev and marketing team to update the user interface using CMS.

Set up multisig transactions.
Record fund transfers accurately.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.
Calendars setting: Calendar planning for key company events
Document for talent tracking
Automation tools testing: to accelerate the work efficiency of all IF teams.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of work experience with blockchain from a reputable web3 firm.
Experience with smart contract deployment (e.g., using CMS and multisig wallets).
Understanding of blockchain processes, particularly IDO/INO token sales, vesting contracts, and asset distribution.
Skilled in post-mortem analysis and tracking project performance using tools like Dune and Etherscan.
Strong documentation skills, particularly related to smart contract deployments, multichain expansion, and finance processes.
Experience with portfolio management tools, wallet tracking, and recording fund transfers accurately.
Ability to collaborate and communicate well across different departments (Marketing, Design, and Tech team) within IF and third-party platforms/clients.
Attention to detail for accurate data summarization and reporting.
