Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative pastry sous chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting sweet symphonies of flavor and possess excellent production skills.

As a key member of the pastry team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality pastry goods and maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and profitability in production.

You will research and develop new recipes, improve existing ones, and implement new techniques and work processes to enhance productivity and profitability.

Additionally, you will assist the head pastry chef with stock management, liaise with suppliers, and represent the brand at public events and exhibitions as needed.
