About The Job
The successful candidate will support the Assistant Director to manage the unit and is pivotal in ensuring efficient administrative support, resource planning, and smooth operations to achieve Infrastructure department’s goals.
What You Will be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial accountability and efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor payments, financial transactions, and cost optimisation initiatives.
Manage the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and guidelines.
Evaluate and recommend vendors for optimal contract terms and quality.
Strategise and implement cost-effective procurement practices.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
Oversee the administration of corporate insurance policies and claims.
Identify and mitigate infrastructural and organisational risks effectivel
Develop policies, procedures and workflows to manage the tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle of corporate assets and inventories.
Implement systems to monitor inventory levels and asset utilisation.
Lead contract renewals and compliance monitoring.
Maintain a robust vendor management system to drive performance and value.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for Infrastructure department.
Drive operational improvements and process efficiencies across the department.
Facilitate clear and effective communication within the department and organisation.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
Oversee daily office administrative tasks, including pantry and office supplies management.
Ensure seamless management of the corporate cars.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
A resourceful team player and leader with a lot of initiative and an ability to work independently
Good time management
Mature and meticulous
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
