Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities (Vigilance and On-Site Leadership) As a Security Executive, you'll be the critical link ensuring our standards of safety and professionalism are upheld in the field. On-Site Command & Control: Assist in the direct supervision of security officers, ensuring strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client protocols. Vigilance and Compliance Audits: Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to proactively monitor officer conduct, verify punctuality, and ensure all uniform/attire standards are met. Incident Reporting & Escalation: Promptly report all incidents and non-compliance issues directly to the Operations Executive or Site-in-Charge for immediate action. Roster Confirmation & Execution: Accurately confirm officer attendance and deployment statuses, ensuring alignment with the approved duty roster every shift. Real-Time Staff Management: Under supervision, help manage last-minute officer changes and coordinate emergency replacements to prevent any gaps in security coverage. (Candidates with event security experience will have an advantage.) Critical Communications Hub: Efficiently relay deployment changes and shift instructions from Headquarters (HQ) to the on-site team. Licensing & Certification Check: Ensure all deployed officers possess valid security licenses and the necessary certifications required for the assignment. Record Integrity & Documentation: Maintain essential on-site records, including officer deployment logs, accurate incident reports, and daily site activity summaries. First Point of Contact: Serve as the immediate on-site resource and first point of contact for officers regarding welfare or operational concerns. Prompt Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate critical issues—including manpower shortages, site-specific challenges, or serious disciplinary matters—to the Operations Executive. HQ-Ground Liaison: Facilitate smooth, clear, and timely message relay between ground officers and the HQ operations team. Who You Are (Your Awesome Qualities) 1-2 years of experience in security operations or supervisory capacity. Advantage for candidates with event security experience. Proven ability to supervise staff and enforce SOPs. Strong vigilance for compliance and site integrity (patrols/checks). Excellent incident reporting and clear escalation skills. Valid security license (essential regulatory requirement). Solid record-keeping and documentation skills. Diploma/Degree preferred, or relevant security certification. Ready to Join Our Crew?
