  • We are seeking a highly skilled FF&E Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with design teams to develop concepts and designs.
  • Select and prepare FF&E presentations of materials and finishes.
  • Coordinate with design teams to develop furniture layouts, perspectives, and 2D/3D renderings.
  • Ensure that project assignments are completed within given deadlines.
  • Prepare full sets of FF&E specifications and documentations for tender and construction drawings.
  • Review shop drawings from suppliers and contractors.
  • Attend site meetings and site/factory inspections to review materials and furniture.

Requirements

">
  • Degree or diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FF&E, especially in the hospitality industry.
  • Creativity and artistic flair.
  • Experience in handling projects across all design phases. Knowledge of site work and progress is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of design composition, planning, materials, details, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Meticulousness, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, and SketchUp is a plus.
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin due to client interactions.
