FF&E Design Specialist

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality FF&E designs that meet the needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with the design team to develop and refine FF&E concepts and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage FF&E design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed FF&E specifications and documentation for tender and construction drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and factory inspections to review materials and furniture.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with the project team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FF&E, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic flair.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max, and SketchUp an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Chinese).
