Backend Software Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and/or You will collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable APIs and/or event-driven architectures.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code in Java and/or
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and high availability in backend solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
  • Proficiency in with either:
    Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and ,
    Experience with APIs and Kafka messaging systems.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of microservices, API design, and system architecture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with caching, logging, and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.
