Creative Marketer (Junior–Midweight)

At Jean Yip, we are looking for a passionate Creative Marketer who is eager to create fearlessly, grow rapidly, and contribute meaningfully to building one of Singapore's most iconic beauty brands.

This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced Creative Director, gaining first-hand coaching while contributing to campaigns that deliver measurable results and long-term brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that balance performance marketing objectives with brand-building goals.
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored for digital and social platforms.
  • Use data and performance insights to sharpen creative ideas and optimize campaigns.
  • Contribute to brand initiatives that strengthen positioning and drive consumer loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns with precision and impact.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or digital content creation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing tools and platforms (social ads, paid media, content optimization).
  • A keen eye to encompass both emotion in branding and design, and function in performance marketing — balancing creativity with commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
