Overview BytePlus is a business unit of ByteDance providing intelligent platform services. The Platform team delivers a reliable, easy‐to‐use platform enabling businesses to discover, learn about, purchase, and use BytePlus solutions. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic development and enhancement of our Enterprise LLM Platform, driving innovation and ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of AI. Responsibilities Participate in product development and iteration of the Volcano Engine large‐model service platform. Understand and uncover customer needs through user research, competitive product analysis, and data analysis, produce requirement documents, and promote feature implementation. Track launch effects and user feedback of the product, providing reasonable suggestions for product function optimization. Provide user support through training and instructional documents to ensure efficient use of the Volcano Engine platform. Qualifications Minimum: Final year or recent graduate with background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or related technical discipline. Clear logic with good problem analysis and problem‐solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with multiple teams. Preferred: Experience in internet products.
