Large Language Model Algorithm

- Conduct research on large language model (LLM) capabilities in code understanding and generation, continuously enhancing the model's foundational coding abilities.
- Track and apply cutting-edge advancements in LLMs for code-related tasks, integrating them into production to drive continuous improvements in code intelligence.
- Lead the data construction, training, fine-tuning, and evaluation iterations for code-related LLM tasks, and promote the application of LLM technologies in real-world scenarios such as code completion, Text2SQL, code Q&A, and code Agents.
- Master's degree or above in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Solid research foundation in NLP, LLMs, Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning; familiarity with mainstream models and algorithms, with practical implementation experience.
- Strong engineering and implementation skills; proficient in at least one programming language such as C/C++ or Python; hands-on experience in programming projects; familiarity with distributed training frameworks such as DeepSpeed or Megatron; proficient in at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Candidates with publications in top-tier conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) are preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, collaborative, and passionate about technological innovation.
