Position Summary As the Global Network Performance Governance & Steering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving high performance across our global network of Partners and Sales & Service Centers (SSCs). You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve the instruments and processes that enable consistent partner engagement, business growth, and superior service standards worldwide. This position has a global focus (80%) while providing support to the APAC Network & Distribution team (20%) ensuring strategic alignment between global initiatives and regional execution. What you will be doing Develop, implement, and continuously improve global governance frameworks, standards, and steering tools to drive high performance and consistent service delivery across the network. Define and manage key programs and instruments such as: KPI Programs and Performance Dashboards Partner Segmentation and Capability Check Partner Standards and Auditing Tools Benchmarking and Business Review Processes Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders — including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance — to ensure alignment on performance targets and governance requirements. Facilitate effective communication and transparency between central functions and regional teams. Support partner management teams in understanding, applying, and monitoring global standards. Strategic Initiatives Contribute to and lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing partner engagement and operational excellence, such as the Service Growth and Network Transformation programs. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, best practice sharing, and process standardization. Data-Driven Performance Management Translate complex data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making. Design and manage performance dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable proactive network steering. Ensure data integrity and global consistency in performance reporting. Regional Support (APAC)Support the APAC Network & Distribution team by implementing global initiatives within the region and adapting them to local market needs. Provide guidance and training to regional partners to enhance their operational performance and alignment with global standards. Position requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in network performance management, partner/channel management, or governance within a global or regional organization. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams and geographies. Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation, performance analytics, and KPI design. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to executive audiences. Experience managing strategic or cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations. Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across multiple time zones. Preferred qualifications Experience working with network partners, distributors, or sales & service centers in the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sector. Familiarity with performance management frameworks such as Balanced Scorecard, OKRs and digital tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
