**Job Description**:
Objective:
We disrupted the social space with product innovation and deep tech investments. We designed for scale and global teams and built enterprise features around governance and customization. We will do the same in VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) by building a cloud-native, cross-region solution that caters to modern networks.

A typical use-case we will solve would be:
- 50,000 agents spread across 10 locations worldwide.- Handling calls from across Australia to US & Europe.- 10ms latency.- Multi-carrier, multi-region deployments

Sprinklr has vast experience in the CCaaS space with some of the most challenging and SLA-bound business implementations. Sprinklr’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text to Speech), Transcription, Call recording and other such peripheral services have been running in our ecosystem for several years and perform at scale.

Description:
As Network Architect, you will work with a team of engineers to execute following- Build a global deployment profile for Sprinklr VoIP Infrastructure- Building a resilient network to handle edge traffic- Laying down best network practices for traffic routing through firewalls and client VPN (Virtual Private Network)- Implementing best practices for network security at protocol (both SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real Time Protocol)) and network interface level- Implementing network structure for inter & intra region call handling e.g., calls from one region to be answered from another region- Structuring network resiliency, backups, and disaster recovery mechanisms

**Required Skills**:
- Have strong experience building a deployment profile for VOIP infrastructure at the global scale- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with firewalls, network-load-balancers, proxies, SSL/TLS.- Fundamentally strong in the network layer. Network layer protocols, sockets, connections, routing, recovery etc. are your stronghold.- Design and architecture experience of large/global scale service layouts. You have a strong understanding of the ingress/egress semantics of such architectures.-
- Experienced in building tooling in telephony infra e.g., monitoring, logging, profiling, deployments and dynamic templating of media servers and SIP proxies.
