We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Part‐Time Virtual Assistant to support our concierge operations. This is a remote role based in Singapore. You will assist in handling client requests, sourcing services, coordinating bookings, managing WhatsApp communication, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities Handle incoming concierge requests via WhatsApp and email Research and source services (drivers, restaurants, hotels, events, wellness, etc.)Make bookings, coordinate schedules, and follow up with vendors Maintain service quality and ensure all requests are delivered on time Support administrative tasks and basic data entry Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and partners Provide daily updates to management Requirements Based in Singapore (mandatory)Strong communication skills (English required)Highly organised, fast at research, and detail‐oriented Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests at once Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, PA/VA roles, or concierge services is a plus Must be responsive and reliable during working hours Work Details Part‐time remote role Flexible hours (to be discussed)Performance‐based incentives available Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Part‐time Job Function & Industries Administrative – Consumer Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
