Responsibilities Create customer‐facing video assets from start to finish, used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, TV, and more). Think strategically and understand the "big picture" of a particular project/campaign, and the needs of all stakeholders. Work closely with Video Producer Team to create and develop strategy and design for on‐air promos and campaigns. Commit to delivering projects on time, on budget and on brand. Meeting tight deadlines is essential in this fast‐paced environment. Consistently track and showcase relevant inspiring works to motivate and inspire creative production teams. Drive scalability and repeatability by building (or commissioning) standard operating processes (SOPs), style guides, pre‐sets and templates for video imaging or other creative processes. Requirements 3 to 5+ years of design experience as a Motion Graphics Designer on short‐form content or the equivalent. Understanding of post‐production workflows and experience working in After Effects and Adobe Premiere environment. Experience in designing and creating 2D motion graphics (3D is a bonus but not a necessary skillset). Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software, mainly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D is a plus. Company Values Hands on – No egos.
