**Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with Motion Graphic Skills to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs for various digital and print media, while also incorporating motion graphics elements into your work. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our visual identity.

**Responsibilities:
- Create compelling motion graphics and animations for video projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and product demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with the brand's guidelines and objectives.
- Understand and interpret design briefs, transforming ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
- Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into video projects, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure a consistent brand experience across various platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering new ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
- Ensure all designs and motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and brand image.

**Requirements:
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as other motion graphics software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
