Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth : Proactively identify, develop, and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with customers across on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) segments.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Product Promotion : Present, promote, and sell the company’s portfolio of beers, wines, and spirits to prospective clients.
Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Order Management : Work closely with internal teams to process orders, track deliveries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and sales pipeline progress

Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in a sales or business development role; prior experience in FMCG, alcohol distribution, or hospitality is a plus.
Education : Minimum Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills : Strong negotiation and communication abilities; proven track record in achieving sales targets; ability to build rapport with diverse clients; good organizational and time-management skills.
Attitude : Self-motivated and goal-driven; passion for the alcohol industry and willingness to learn about our brands; proactive mindset and team-oriented approach.
License : Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
