Key Responsibilities Assist Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads. Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and communication. Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Conduct market research and track competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. Manage customer records and waste profiling data in Salesforce. Stay updated on NEA and Basel Convention regulations. Assist with SDS, waste profiling, and technical documentation. Provide admin support for meetings, audits, and site visits. Uphold safety standards and ethical conduct. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field. Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with good time management and CRM proficiency (Salesforce). Self-driven, ethical, and collaborative team player. Other DetailsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Transport: Company transport available from Boon Lay MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT. Salary: $4,000 – $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus.
