Job Scopes
Provide sales support including preparing proposals, quotations, order processing, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to source IT hardware and related products, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate logistics.
Streamline operational workflows and prepare sales reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics to support business decision-making.
Stay updated on Presidio’s product portfolio, IT distribution channels, and vendor landscape.
Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, while being able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales support, administrative, or coordination roles, preferably within the IT industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in ERP systems, data entry, and general computer applications.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
