Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Material Sourcing Lead to oversee the development and commercialization of materials across assigned categories. This role is responsible for driving material excellence across apparel categories by aligning development strategies with business goals, while owning supplier performance and relationships to optimize the material supply base.

  • About Your Role:

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of textile construction, finishing, dyeing, and performance standards. They will also possess strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple development timelines and deliverables.

    Key responsibilities include managing global mill relationships, supplier scorecards, and performance improvement plans. The successful candidate will also be familiar with sustainable materials, certifications (e.g., GRS, Bluesign, Oeko-Tex), and circular design principles.

    We expect our Material Sourcing Lead to participate in planning and prioritization, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.
