  • The successful candidate will also be able to monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve their desired results.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel confident and motivated in achieving their goals.
  • Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering tailored guidance and support.
  • Provide education on available products and treatments, assisting clients in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
  • Certifications in body / aesthetic / beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.

Working Hours:

  • 10am - 8pm (2 hours lunch break)
