About the Job

  • You will deliver high-quality slimming treatments using advanced machines, monitor and track clients' progress closely, and offer personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
  • Your excellent communication skills will enable you to educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • You will maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients, and collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices is essential to enhance service delivery.
  • Client inquiries and concerns will be handled with professionalism and empathy.
  • Administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry, or equivalent experience in facial techniques.
  • Certifications in body / aesthetic / beauty knowledge are highly desirable.
  • A proven track record of sales experience, particularly in postpartum wellness and slimming, may be considered for senior roles.
