As a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, Billing, Order Management, and Order Fulfillment Techno-functional Architect at Teradata, you will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and significant experience in designing and implementing subscription and order management solutions. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing business processes, ensuring efficient order processing, and optimizing subscription management.Your key duties and responsibilities will include:Solution Architecture & Design:- Designing and developing scalable, high-performing Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business needs.- Defining system architecture to ensure seamless integration of Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Billing, Subscription Management, and RMCS.- Providing strategic direction for SCM system enhancements, upgrades, and cloud migrations.Implementation & Optimization:- Leading the implementation of new features within Oracle SCM modules, ensuring best practices and optimal configurations.- Identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending system improvements.Integration & Data Management:- Ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle SCM and other enterprise systems.- Developing integration strategies using middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or APIs.- Establishing data governance policies to maintain data integrity and compliance.Compliance & Security:- Implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) and security best practices.- Supporting audits and ensuring financial data accuracy.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Working closely with finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Providing technical leadership to development teams and vendors.- Conducting user training and supporting change management initiatives.Troubleshooting & Support:- Providing Level 3/4 support for SCM-related incidents and escalations.- Troubleshooting issues related to Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Billing, Subscription Management, Installed Base, and PDH.- Developing documentation, knowledge bases, and best practice guides.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve business goals while reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM architecture and implementation.Your detail-oriented nature, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to learn and grow both technically and functionally will make you a valuable asset to our team.
