Your role will be pivotal in enhancing business processes, ensuring efficient order processing, and optimizing subscription management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing high-performing Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.
  • Providing strategic direction for SCM system enhancements, upgrades, and cloud migrations to ensure seamless integration.
Implementation & Optimization:
  • Leading the implementation of new features within Oracle SCM modules, ensuring best practices and optimal configurations are followed.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks and recommending system improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Integration & Data Management:
  • Ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle SCM and other enterprise systems through effective integration strategies.
  • Developing integration plans using middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange.
Compliance & Security:
  • Implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) and security best practices to protect sensitive data and financial information.
  • SUPPORTING audits and ensuring financial data accuracy through regular monitoring and review.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Working closely with finance, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Providing technical leadership to development teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshooting & Support:
  • Providing Level 3/4 support for SCM-related incidents and escalations to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Billing, Subscription Management, Installed Base, and PDH to provide expert guidance.

Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM architecture and implementation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and achieve business goals while reporting to the Sr. Director of Technology.

A key requirement for this role is a detail-oriented nature, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to learn and grow both technically and functionally.
