Stakeholder Management Build strategic relationships to align tech with business goals Inspire adoption of technology vision across internal/external stakeholders Manage evolving stakeholder priorities Requirements & Capability Analysis Collaborate with PMs, tech teams, and architects to define roadmap and capabilities Elicit and review AML workflow requirements across Singapore and regional teams Document future-state processes and assess impacts Define functional and non-functional requirements for tech delivery Support funding requests aligned with strategy and architecture Manage scope, risks, and deployment planning Ensure security requirements are embedded in non-functional specs Testing & Change Management Translate business needs into test strategies and approaches Clarify escalated test findings and assess change requests Ensure governance compliance and SDM framework adherence Post Go-Live Facilitate knowledge
