About the Role

This fellowship is specifically designed to nurture early-career lawyers who are passionate about non-capital criminal cases and eager to make a meaningful difference.

As a fellow, you will gain extensive exposure to both oral and written advocacy in state and supreme courts. The programme aims to develop strong criminal advocacy skills in a supportive environment.

You will be mentored by experienced advocates and supported through a comprehensive training programme, including free cpd-accredited courses. Additionally, fellows will have access to senior members of the bar, who will provide guidance and professional support throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on non-capital criminal cases under the supervision of experienced advocates
  • Develop and enhance criminal advocacy skills through hands-on experience and training
