We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.## **JOB DESCRIPTION:**Support GFS process transformation programme and support transformation agenda for the region aligned with global prioritiesSupport Global Process Owners in the definition and improvement of GFS processes retained and outsourced considering the region specificsIdentify process improvement opportunities, define new processes and implement themDrive project delivery & manage programme risksCoordinate and provide training.
