Lead Technical Consultant – Digital Projects

Presales Consulting, Solutioning, Delivery

You will drive the end-to-end execution of technical initiatives, leveraging your expertise across PWA, Mobile Apps, Cloud, API technologies, and AI solutions. This is a client-facing role that blends technical delivery, advisory consulting, and solutioning to ensure impactful and scalable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Client Consulting & Digital Advisory

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and innovation roadmaps.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate business needs into solution concepts and delivery approaches.
• Engage with prospects and clients to understand technical needs and craft tailored proposals.
• Partner with Sales, SMEs, and Practice teams to shape AI- and digital-centric presales assets, including solution outlines, presentations, and POCs.
• Define value propositions around AI, automation, and platform services aligned to sector priorities.

Solutioning & Ecosystem Integration

• Collaborate with Digital Experience teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and experience-driven.
• Advocate for thoughtful integration of AI into user workflows and journeys.
• Maintain working knowledge of AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, Google, OpenAI) and recommend suitable tools, APIs, and accelerators.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to enrich client discussions and strengthen solution direction.

Project Delivery & Management

• Lead end-to-end project management, from planning to execution and delivery, within tight timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Track and report KPIs, status, and risks to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure accurate and updated documentation of technical requirements, scope, and user stories.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team efficiency and delivery outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Present digital roadmaps, strategic insights, and recommendations to executive-level audiences.
• Ensure alignment across internal teams, technology partners, and external clients throughout presales and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience managing technical projects in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong presales experience with Mobile Apps and AI-driven solutions.
• Proven delivery experience across PWA, Mobile Apps, Cloud, and API technologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

Preferred:

• Experience in digital or technology consulting for public sector or large enterprises.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms (AWS AI/ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI).
• Ability to co-create rapid prototypes or storyboards to illustrate AI use cases.
• Knowledge of design thinking to bridge business, tech, and design perspectives.
• Strong storytelling skills tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
• Awareness of responsible AI and ethical digital design principles.
