Job Title: Assistant Manager
As a key member of our team, you will oversee various content and design projects while managing physical and outsourced manpower. Your exceptional leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and keen eye for detail will make you an asset to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Physical and Outsource Manpower Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of physical and outsourced manpower to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Project Delegations: Delegate tasks and responsibilities for content and design projects, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Quality Checker of Contents: Review and ensure the quality of contents for corporate collaterals, including newsletters, fundraising campaigns, booklets and posters etc., maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all materials.
  • Quarterly Progress Reports: Compile comprehensive progress reports for internal review and client updates, analyzing project performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monthly Payments for Outsource Manpower: Manage and process monthly payments for outsourced manpower, maintaining accurate records of expenses and invoices.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process for full-time, remote, and intern employees, collaborating with HR to identify and onboard top talent.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and content editing roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and team management is preferred.
