Utilize Catalog Item Builder to create and manage catalog items, ensuring a user-friendly experience for requesting services. Leverage ServiceNow Scripting (Glide) to enhance functionalities and tailor the platform to meet specific business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and automated workflows. Collaborate with IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations. Perform thorough testing of developed workflows and integrations to ensure functionality and stability. Document developed solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and maintainability. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Item Builder, and Scripting (Glide). Familiarity with REST API concepts and experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Experience with incident management processes within ServiceNow. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
