JOB OVERVIEW This role assists in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES Finance Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking. Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records with accounting principles and internal policies. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships. Participate in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations. Review and improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems. Support tax filings, statutory compliance, and regulatory submissions. Provide financial insights and analysis to aid business decision-making. Supervise and mentor junior finance or accounting staff as required. HR Admin Manage government-related HR transactions requiring Singpass, including: Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, quota and levy submissions via MOM portals, CPF submissions, SDL, IRAS tax filings, and other statutory requirements and handling employee claims, disputes, or inspections with TADM, MOM, or other authorities. Support foreign worker administration: medical check-ups, accommodation matters, levy monitoring, and work pass card collection/returns. Handle recruitment activities in compliance with MOM guidelines, including: Posting job advertisements on MyCareersFuture (MCF) under the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) and coordinating interviews, verifying documents, and liaising with local recruitment agencies. Provide onsite HR administration and employee support, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining personnel records, managing medical leave reporting, and assisting with payroll inputs. Represent HR during MOM audits, inspections, and employee grievance/disciplinary meetings when physical presence is required. Coordinate training registrations and government-related programs requiring Singpass access. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Administration Diploma in hospitality or tourism management or a related field with full set accounting knowledge preferred.
