This hands-on leadership position ensures the smooth functioning of our critical environment, maintaining the integrity of our operational systems, and leading a team of experts to deliver exceptional service to our customers.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and oversee the shift operations in the data centre, ensuring all systems perform optimally, including power and cooling equipment, and monitoring and security systems.* Exercise strong teamwork skills to lead and motivate the facilities management team and liaise with specialist contractors.* Coordinate all scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring they are executed correctly and on time through diligent time management practices.* Strong attention to detail in creating and reviewing maintenance reports and records for accuracy and compliance with company standards.* Conduct regular audits to ensure the facility adheres to all relevant Health and Safety regulations.* Provide adaptable and clear communication as you define project requirements and offer technical guidance throughout project execution phases.**About You**With an eagle eye for detail and a strong commitment to operational excellence, you are someone who takes pride in maintaining a seamless and efficient working environment.
