Salary: $2800 - $3300
Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
Travel Retailer / FMCG Industry
Responsibilities
Handle full cycle of employment process including job postings, short listings, co-ordinating interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
Work with various authorities or agencies to organise, attend recruitment mass walk-ins, roadshows and career fairs
Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance work pass application.
Partner and support other departments in manpower needs
Work closely with Operations Management team to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
Update and maintain employees’ personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Support in HR team in employment act compliance and support in employee welfare reviews etc.
Take on any other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts
Must have 2 year’s track records of big volume hiring experience in multi-stores retail / FMCG
