As a Sales Engineer We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Precision Machinery Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, driving sales of high-quality precision machinery, and contributing to the growth of our brand in the marketplace.This role requires an in-depth understanding of precision machinery products, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to understand customer needs to offer tailored solutions. If you are passionate about technology and sales, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop sales opportunities for large-scale or custom engineering projects Engage with clients to understand project requirements and commercial objectives Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and project teams to develop proposals Prepare and manage quotations, tenders, and commercial submissions Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms within approved authority Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and confidential records Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standardsCandidate Profile Proven experience in project-based sales, preferably in engineering, machinery, or industrial sectors Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Results-driven with strong commercial awareness Qualifications & Experience Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in project or capital equipment sales Experience handling RFQs, tenders, and long sales cycles
