Join to apply for the Marketing Communications P16role at Fluke Health Solutions Overview As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Asia Pacific commercial team, helping to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and deal acceleration. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of the field marketing plan. This position works closely with the broader marketing team, sales, and product teams to drive programs (live and virtual) with the goal of generating quality leads, pipeline, and building customer relationships. Responsibilities And Deliverables Own the field marketing calendar with a focus on industry conferences, tradeshows, and proprietary events Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to secure buy-in, set goals, and identify new opportunities for regional success Manage the planning, logistics and on-site execution of events and speaking engagements Form strong relationships with top industry organizations, associations, groups, vendors, and thought leaders Ensure alignment with regional objectives and drive delivery of field marketing programs Digital Programs Own the strategy and execution of webinars, driving thought leadership and lead generation Work closely with subject matter experts, customers, and partners to develop compelling webinar content Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including platform management, promotion, and post-event follow-up Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate ideas to drive webinar registration and audience engagement Performance Measurement And Optimization Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs Track and measure ROI, providing data-driven recommendations for future sponsorship investments Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on the impact of field marketing efforts Organizational Alignment This role reports directly into the Director, Global Downstream Marketing. Qualifications, Skills & Work Traits An understanding of demand generation best practices, principles and tactics Experience working in close partnership with sales leadership New product launch experience Experience managing events and conferences of all levels, as well as speaking engagements Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs with self-sufficiency and agility Strong organizational skills Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence Travel as required, up to 40% of the time This is a global role that requires time on calls with the US at off hours Technical Competencies Required 5+ years of proven marketing experience in field marketing, event marketing and/or demand generation; B2B SaaS experience a plus Experience in Medical Device or Biotech preferred Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data and generate insights Education Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
