Oversee physical design tasks from Netlist to GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, reliability, and tapeout.
Research methodologies for advanced process nodes and automate the physical design platform.
Requirements:Bachelors or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
5+ years of digital backend design experience; tapeout experience preferred (3+ years for strong junior candidates).
Proficiency in TCL, Perl, Python scripting, and familiarity with EDA tools is a plus.
Strong communication, confidence, and teamwork skills.
