Roles & Responsibilities We’re looking for Mandarin Teachers who are not just fluent in the language but passionate about making learning an exciting adventure You’ll be the guide on a journey where students conquer tones, master characters, and develop a deep appreciation for Chinese Language as proficient communicators Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and adapt engaging group lessons that make Mandarin easy to understand and fun to learn. Help students unlock their language potential, guiding them through speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Create and maintain a vibrant learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, and actively participate. Track student progress and offer personalized feedback and support to help each individual reach their full potential. Communicate feedback on students’ progress to parents on a timely and regular basis. Who You Are: Got a Degree in Education, Chinese Studies, or Chinese Language from NUS, NTU, NIE, or another well-respected university? Whether it's a Bachelor's or Master's, or a previous teaching experience in MOE schools – we’d love to see those credentials shine You live and breathe Mandarin, with a solid grasp of the language and an enthusiasm to share it with others. You’re creative, using fun activities and real-life scenarios to make every lesson exciting. You love to teach and have a nurturing, encouraging spirit that make children feel confident and excited to learn. You’re patient and flexible, understanding that every student learns differently and needs a unique approach. You know the ropes of Singapore curriculum and assessment systems, preferably with at least 2 years of teaching experience in MOE schools. You represent our brand with pride – whether it’s through polished communication or a sharp, professional outfit, you carry yourself like a true professional.
