Create and maintain a vibrant learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, and actively participate. Track student progress and offer personalized feedback and support to help each individual reach their full potential. Communicate feedback on students' progress to parents on a timely and regular basis. Who You Are: Got a Degree in Education, Chinese Studies, or Chinese Language from NUS, NTU, NIE, or another well-respected university? Whether it's a Bachelor's or Master's, or a previous teaching experience in MOE schools – we'd love to see those credentials shineYou live and breathe Mandarin, with a solid grasp of the language and an enthusiasm to share it with others. You're creative, using fun activities and real-life scenarios to make every lesson exciting. You love to teach and have a nurturing, encouraging spirit that make children feel confident and excited to learn. You're patient and flexible, understanding that every student learns differently and needs a unique approach. You know the ropes of Singapore curriculum and assessment systems, preferably with at least 2 years of teaching experience in MOE schools. You represent our brand with pride – whether it's through polished communication or a sharp, professional outfit, you carry yourself like a true professional.
