Overview Job Summary: Location: Tampines Industrial Crescent Salary: Basic up to $6500 + AWS Working Hours: 5 days per week Responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of advanced probe test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductor devices. Execute wafer-level probe testing to ensure products meet stringent design, quality, and reliability standards. Analyze and interpret complex test data to uncover trends, pinpoint root causes, and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve test challenges and enhance device performance. Design, optimize, and maintain probe cards, test fixtures, and other hardware to improve test accuracy and throughput. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry innovations to continuously refine probe testing methodologies. Prepare clear and comprehensive reports , communicating key findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Champion safety and quality excellence by adhering to all standards and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline . 3–5 years of hands-on experience in probe engineering or wafer-level testing. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, wafer probing techniques, and testing methodologies . Proficient in operating and troubleshooting probe test systems , including parametric testers, probe cards, and related software/hardware tools . #J-18808-Ljbffr
