Job Title:

A highly skilled ACMV project manager is required to lead the full project cycle, encompassing planning, execution, and handover.

  • Supervise a site team, engineers, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, manage schedules, and identify potential delays.
  • Handle claims, variation orders, and extensions of time in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Manage technical documentation, including MOMs, RA's, SWPs, drawings, RFAs, and RFIs.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation.
  • Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Plan manpower resources, forecast needs, and resolve site issues proactively.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual preparation, and DLP documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
