Job Title: ACMV Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned ACMV professional to lead our team in managing and delivering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, supervision, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of site staff and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan, organize, and execute projects, including preparing project schedules, milestone reports, and conducting manpower planning.
  • Participate in technical specification preparation and design requirement development, as well as conducting tender site walkthroughs for project work.
  • Evaluate project progress, ensure effective project management during implementation, and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • Promote a safe working environment through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.
  • Investigate accident and incident reports, recommending preventive measures or improvements to mitigate recurrence.
  • Review contractor design submissions, update as-built drawings, and attend site meetings/inspections.
  • Make informed judgments based on industry experience.
  • Ensure all work meets current standards and delivers excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of ACMV experience in Singapore is required.
  • Seeking career progression opportunities.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industrial codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

  • Positive attitude and well-organized.
  • Capable of performing under pressure.
