We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our new business unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth through building a career in the finance industry. We are seeking a replacement for marketing manager.

As a Marketing Manager in the finance industry, you will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial products and services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer education initiatives
  • Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and compliance teams to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Manage agency relationships, media planning, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as webinars, events, or collaborations
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign ROI to optimize future efforts
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., MAS marketing guidelines)

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Local diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in business, sales & marketing
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in insurance, finance, or regulated industries
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media strategy
  • Familiarity with MAS guidelines and content approval processes
  • Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues
  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in investment and financial concepts.
  • Experience: - Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong understanding of customer needs & market trends
