Product Management Lead

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive end-to-end product development, ensuring business impact and technical excellence.

The Product Management Lead will be responsible for owning and leading the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact. This involves working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, execution speed, and product innovation. They will be able to bridge the gap between business and technology by combining product vision with deep technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact.
  • Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to senior technical professionals within cross-functional Product Innovation team.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate across business, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximise product adoption and market fit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 10-15 years of product management experience with hands-on technical exposure (coding tools like Python, DevOps, deployments).
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen-proven ability to align product with business strategy and drive revenue.
  • Firm grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, platform engineering).
  • Experience in leading product execution in agile teams, with a track record of delivering at speed.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
