Responsibilities: Identify and prioritize new product opportunities within the consumer appliances category by analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with external partners and manufacturers; collaborate closely to design, develop, and deliver new product models. Lead end-to-end product development, including consumer research, product requirement definition, timeline management, and cross‐functional coordination from concept to launch. Develop and execute go‐to‐market strategies, including market segmentation, value proposition development, pricing framework, positioning and capacity planning. Partner with internal teams to define product requirements and oversee smart‐home or IoT integration. Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate product performance, monitor lifecycle success, and optimise strategies for growth. Drive continuous innovation by staying informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the home appliance space. Prepare regular updates, reports, and insights to keep senior management informed on product progress, risks, and opportunities. Perform any other ad‐hoc duties as assigned by the Company. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or Finance. Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in B2B product management industry, ideally in consumer electronics or home appliances. No fear of the unknown. You have to be an analytical self‐starter, comfortable with complete uncertainty as we look to venture into new product lines or models. You need to be able to dive in and test all angles without supervision. Data driven. You need to be able to structure, quantify and qualify information on product research, and present this to stakeholders explaining the logic. Comfort with spreadsheet software and data modelling is essential. Strong Business acumen – Understanding of the wider environment within which our business operates and implications of e.g., trends / shifts in sustainability and consumer perception, brand owners' opportunity & challenges, and being able to drive actionable insights and articulate what products/services to offer to accelerate profitable growth.
