About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with clients and candidates to deliver effective hiring solutions. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a key role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation
Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends and hiring strategies
Achieve individual and team targets for placements and business development
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a sales-driven role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS is a plus
