The ideal candidate must excel in content creation and have a passion for FMCG, especially Beauty Personal Care brands. If you are immersed in the digital world and stay updated on the latest trends in social, e-commerce, and content, particularly within the FMCG sector, this role is for you.As a key member of our onsite (U-Studio) team, you will provide consumer and market insight, inspiration, and strategic direction for some of the world's leading Beauty Personal Care brands.Working closely with the content team leader and lead creators, this client-facing role requires collaboration with client brand teams, central marketing teams, and client agency partners.This role presents an exciting opportunity for a curious and entrepreneurial thinker to contribute to a rewarding partnership between Oliver and Unilever, which has established a global footprint of U-Studios.What you will be doing:Core function:- Developing insights and strategic responses to briefs such as Campaigns, Interruptive or Needs-Based Content, and New Product Development- Advocating for a mobile-first and short-form content agenda aligned with Unilever Best Practices- Evaluating ideas and concepts against Unilever best practices and strategy frameworks- Establishing effective collaboration with U-Studio, Unilever internal teams, and specialist partners- Acting as a content expert and advocate within U-Studio, serving as a subject matter expert- Advising clients and colleagues on effective Content Strategies to inform content briefs and requirements- Implementing content strategies across all necessary touchpoints to meet client briefs- Managing stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops on content-related topics- Ensuring right-first-time content development by leveraging insights and collaborations- Driving scalable content effectiveness by leveraging learnings from Unilever Insight teams and specialist partners- Developing measurement approaches and frameworks in collaboration with Unilever's internal insight functionsResponsibilities:The Content Strategist plays a crucial role in U-Studio for developing best-in-class content and multi-channel activities. Responsibilities include:- Developing content and strategies informed by consumer, category, channel, and performance insights- Showcasing Best Practice Case Studies highlighting Unilever's global content approach- Collaborating with Unilever central, brand, Insight media, and agency partner teams on brief development and agency briefingsTools and Reports:Utilizing Unilever Insight tools and reports to gain consumer, category, or channel insights to inform content strategyCollaboration:Working with brand teams to craft effective briefs and collaborating on targeted audience, user experience, customer journey, content strategy, editorial calendars, content calendars, content guidelines, and distribution strategyBest Practice:Driving a Best Practice approach to content creation within U-Studio, aligning with Unilever global guidance and partnersSupporting a test and learn approach to content strategy with the Unilever Insight team and specialist partnersWays of Working:Ensuring effective collaboration with relevant Unilever teams and partners within the Unilever collaboration modelsWhat you need to be great in this role:- 5-7 years of experience in a Strategy role with Content Strategy as a core function- Strong understanding of Content Marketing across various channels- Proficiency in Content Formats, Performance, Testing, Optimization, and Search- Familiarity with Content Publishing and Distribution methods and technologies- Ability to interpret multi-channel insight reports and present work based on robust insights- Passion for staying updated on content-related trends and technological advances- Experience in working in a multi-stakeholder environment and fast-paced settings- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and collaboration abilities- Previous experience in FMCG, especially in Personal Care/Skincare- Desire for continuous learning, strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative mindset- Ability to lead creative teams effectively and communicate across all levels in the business- Discretion in handling confidential information and a proactive, enthusiastic team player- Curiosity about AI and new technologies, with a willingness to learn and adaptReq ID: 14280Our values at OLIVER:- Be Ambitious to succeed- Be Imaginative to push boundaries- Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work- Be always learning and listening to understand- Be Results-focused to exceed expectations- Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients, and creationsOLIVER's commitment to sustainability includes ambitious environmental goals and embedding sustainability practices throughout every department and project stage.,
