Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Video Content Strategist to support the continued growth of our iconic YouTube channels.

This role has a unique opportunity to help define one or more of our iconic YouTube channels and will ensure successful end-to-end management of channel operations.

This includes high-level content strategy development, resource planning, pre to post-production management. Success of this role is defined by the increase in subscribers and traffic through the development of great content, while maintaining a consistent voice, visual style and brand identity.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Development
  2. Responsible for the direction of video content on our YouTube channels, which includes schedule planning and reporting.
  3. End-to-end process of production, from content planning to post-production.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the overall quality of content on our YouTube channels, making sure all uploads meet required standards.


Workflow & Processes:
  1. Make recommendations regarding workflow processes to ensure the highest amount of productivity and efficiency.
  2. Review current processes and being able to troubleshoot effectively with both local/regional teams.

Budget & Resource Management:

Develop and manage production budgets for organic content and client projects, ensuring that budgets align with diverse range of video executions.

Effectively allocate resources and manage the production team, including hiring and coordinating with freelancers when necessary to optimize project execution.


Others:
  1. Lead and oversee a team of Video Producers, offering guidance and constructive feedback to enhance quality and creativity of video content.
  2. Professionally collaborate with clients to execute video campaigns that meet their goals and expectations.
  3. Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and new features to continually improve the channel's performance.
  4. Undertake analysis of viewer behavior, engagement, and retention.
  5. Implement SEO best practices for video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize visibility and reach.
