Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our wellness and spa company, you will be responsible for providing professional spa massage services to our clients.

  • Provide high-quality spa massages (either body or foot) in accordance with industry standards.
  • Maintain the highest level of service standards at all times.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other areas.
  • Prepare and replenish treatment products, towels, and other supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Hold an ITEC or WSQ certificate or equivalent massage certification.
  • Be able to commit to working on weekends and public holidays.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work a minimum of 6 days per week and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. A pleasant personality and hardworking attitude are essential.
