Job Summary:

Our team is seeking a skilled Relaxation Therapist to provide expert spa massage services to clients. As a key member of our team, you will maintain a clean and organized spa environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa massage services to clients in accordance with high industry standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including treatment rooms and facilities.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling queries and concerns efficiently and politely.

• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to ensure compliance with instructions and achieve team goals.

 

Requirements:

• ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification preferred.

• Ability to work on weekends/public holidays and commit to long hours/overtime if necessary.

• Pleasant personality and strong work ethic required.
