What you will be working on Co‐led by Sport Singapore and Singapore Sports School (SSP), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition. In this role, you will support the long‐term strategic development of Singapore's High Performance Sport ecosystem through comprehensive planning and resource optimization. Create and implement sophisticated planning frameworks that align diverse stakeholders - including government agencies, sports administrators, technical specialists, and National Sports Associations - towards common performance goals. Identify gaps and implements systematic approaches to ecosystem enhancement through data‐driven analysis. Support scenario planning and horizon scanning and predictive analysis initiatives to inform strategic decision making. Develop and manage resource allocation plans. Plan and progress senior management and board meeting agenda based on strategic plan. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Background in Sport management, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience in strategic planning and implementation and resource management. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
