Oversee a pool of 150 SMU Student Assistants to provide course support and administrative support to trainers and learners. Partner our SMUA Pillars and Stackable Course Team to drive operational excellence, facilitate educational growth, and maintain a high standard of service excellence. Drive the optimal performance and efficient running of daily operations in accordance with established SOPs and the requirements of stakeholders. Oversee and optimize essential functions related to operations, planning, catering, logistics, procurement, and course support. Conduct regular ground engagement with learners, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations. Review the learners\' feedback and identify areas for improvement in food quality, logistics, or service level. Support programmes held outside regular office hours; time-off will be granted in lieu. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with experience in managing a team. Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to change. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to coach and mentor team members. Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancing efficiency. Familiarity with Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS), and Microsoft Power Automate will be advantageous.
